Daily Kos, a leading political blog, asked Celery to design an interactive tool to allow users to access historical and real-time election data in preparation for election day 2008. Using a live data feed, political junkies and casual users alike were able to access detailed up-to-the-minute information on four major election types in every state, county, and congressional district. The Electoral Scoreboard had over 4 million hits on election day, and was a smashing success.
